For defective products a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from CNS Racing and must be visibly displayed on the outside of the merchandise packaging or the product will not be accepted by the return department. All transportation charges on the return of such parts must be prepaid by the customer. Items may not be returned for refund / credit.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
